06.2013 | Nordlicht Wristbands

If you have read the "Nordlicht 2012 Wristbands" article, you should know about these organize wristbands :) This time i decided to make something out of foam rubber. Afters i created a measuring graphic, i bought some LEDs, foam and silicone, which i wanted to use as a connection beetween the foam elements, and the led. Also the silicone should spread the light in different directions.

After printing, cutting gluing and soldering i had a quite nice wristband.

This time the wristbands didn't work as expected.. the most of them broke one day after the party. But they looked great. If there will be a NL next year, i will make something more durable and nice looking. Maybe with some micro electronis this time.
